The Endocrinology Department of ULS Braga will organise, on October 11, 2024, the 3rd edition of its Monothematic Meeting: “One Day, One Theme”. This year, the theme will be “Neuroendocrine Tumors” and the meeting will occur in a virtual format.
We have created a diverse and multidisciplinary program with speakers and moderators from specialities such as Endocrinology, Nuclear Medicine and Oncology. The target audience includes residents and specialists from these areas and researchers and doctors from other specialities interested in the topic.
Our goal is to promote knowledge sharing among all professionals who come into contact with people with neuroendocrine tumours or who are interested in this area. Topics will include genetic syndromes associated with NET, functioning gastroenteropancreatic tumours and their current diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
During the meeting, there will be 4 short oral communications to share and discuss challenging clinical cases. We also highlight the possibility of an optional evaluation test at the end of the event.
We believe that this topic requires continuous learning and sharing of knowledge among different stakeholders to provide the best care to patients.
We look forward to welcoming you to this meeting!
